City Of Stars
As a graphic Photographer, my work reflects control of estheticism and caracters, textures, colors and shapes. It intended that breaking my photographic rules let something else reveals in myself, due to the acquisition of a Polariod. This particular gear, make a single and unique image, appearing after 15mins an untold feeling, too banal for a regular picture. Using an instant format that I barely have control gives the idea that the gesture is led by vulnerability.
City Of Stars represent the close link between our civilization and stars. Many connections to objects made by human, built from the ground to the sky. This uncontrolled gesture reveal this deep energy that gathers us all : Light.
There is something in the sky, that lead us head up, our feet on the ground,
There is something about time, watching the stars, contains us to slow down,
There is something about clouds, freezing while the world spinning around,
There is something with the crowd, agitating their lights as a night of rising stars,
There is something in my soul, reacting as this buildings shines, lost in gigantic Malls.
There is too many things in town, that finding his own way is hard, in this incredible City Of Stars.
